to buy things on the internet and the money is deducted from your
credit/debit card or checking account. PayPal is the safest way

then PayPal deduct the amount from your card or checking account

Money to anyone with an email address. For example, you
could pay for an auction item, split a restaurant bill or rent
bill, pay for online purchases, send money to your family or friends,
pay bills online etc. Just enter the recipient's email address
and the amount you wish to send. The recipient gets an email that
says "You’ve Got Cash!" Recipients can then collect
their money by clicking a link in the email that takes them to
PayPals website. Because you pay PayPal, and PayPal in turn, pay
the recipient, the recipient never gets to see your credit card
or bank details at any time.
You can also Request
Money using PayPal. For example, receive secure, instant
payments for auctions, send an invoice to a customer, organize
a charity fund, collect money for a group gift etc. To request
money for an auction, a personal bill, or invoice a customer,
just enter the recipient's email address and the amount you are
requesting. The recipient gets an email and instructions on how
to pay you using PayPal.

* If you are using PayPal
for the first time, Paypal security needs to verify that you are
the genuine card-holder. Verification only takes a few seconds.
However, if your card cannot be verified in real-time, you will
be required to complete the full member process before payment
can be accepted and Trax purchased. Verification errors and delays
can be avoided by ensuring that the name and address details you
enter when you make your order are the same as the name and address
details your bank/card company have on their records (ie use the
name and address that your credit/debit card bill goes to).
