About David Longden

David has been a principal in a number of operas and musicals including Boris in Paradise Moscow and Anthony in Sweeney Todd. His professional experience has included national tours in Phantom of the Opera and The Merry Widow.

David has worked as a guest artist for the Wales Tourist Board touring New York, Chicago, Washington, Toronto and Ireland promoting the musical culture of Wales.

David was awarded a Scholarship by the Cameron Mackintosh Foundation and a Scholarship and Postgraduate Diploma at the Mountview Conservatoire for the Performing Arts. David also graduated with a HONS Degree from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with First Study Voice.

David is now available as an artist for private bookings. David's diverse range of musical genres truly glows as he effortlessly shifts from the classics of Josh Groban, Musical Theatre and Songs from the Screen to Pop , Easy Listening and Swing numbers of artists such as Michael Buble.

David may be booked as a solo act or as a duo with backing tracks or an accompanied pianist. With a wide repertoire and vocal range David is able to tailor his show to suit most venues
